ANGLED LIGHT PROJECTION ULTRA SLIM FIXED FRAME SCREEN

ALP (Anti Light Projection) / ALR Ambient Light Rejection Projection Screen

What is an Ambient Light? The Ambient light refers to light sources that are already available in naturally or when artificial lights are being used.

The advantage of ALP/ALR projector screen.

For a projector to work at its best and to make the best out of it's light souce, the usage of projector screens will definitely give you a better projection quality. To choose the right type of screen for projection in a light-controlled, dark or dedicated home theater, most screens are diffusive screens which reflect light in all directions. In areas where they are often surrounded with unwanted ambient light, the use of ALP / ALR Screens will reduce the amount of ambient light being absorbed into a projection screen, thus giving you the best projected image quality.

The ALP / ALR Screens have a gray base layer, which enhances the contrast of the image. In addition, these screens have multiple layers to increase the viewing angle for a good picture of microscopic optical and black beads, to absorb ambient light and adjust the screen's gain. For dedicated home theaters, ALP / ALR screens scatter much less of the projector's light to the sides than fully diffusive screens and produces less light pollution to darkened, dedicated theaters.

Why Ultra Short Throw Projector?

With an Ultra Short Throw projector sitting just a few inches from the wall on a credenza or on other surfaces, it's light is shot up at a steep angle onto the screen. This results the screen to reflect the projector's light onto the viewing area, divert and absorb surrounding ambient light.

Ultra Short Throw projectors offer high-contrast images in brightly lit rooms when it's paired with an ALP / ALR Screen. Such screens work like magic to direct the projector's light from below out onto the viewing area while absorbing and redirecting much of the ambient light away from the audience. This will leave a bright, punchy image for all to enjoy.
