The Eversolo DMP-A8 Network Audio Streamer is a versatile music player that combines the functions of a network streamer, digital audio player, digital-to-analogue converter, and preamp all in one. Featuring the proprietary Eversolo Original sampling-rate audio engine (EOS), the DMP-A8 maintains audio at all original sampling rates. It's also a haven for connectivity, accommodating a plethora of devices. With a smart control app, remote control options, and a six-inch HD LCD touchscreen, navigating your music library is easy, supporting streaming from a range of popular online platforms and network systems including DLNA, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz, HiResAudio, and more.

First and foremost, the DMP-A8 is a centre point of high-resolution digital audio connectivity. However you want to connect, this streamer will comfortably accommodate your equipment. It supports multiple digital inputs, including a HDMI-IIS port, as well as two coaxial, two optical, and USB B for connection to PC and mobile. The high-performance, fully-balanced preamplifier circuit also supports XLR and RCA analogue equipment, both input and output. Additionally, the DMP-A8 features a range of convenience capabilities, such as HDMI ARC for enhanced TV audio and a Qualcomm QCC5125 Bluetooth receiver, supporting version 5.0 and LDAC, SBC, AAC, and aptX, aptX LL and HD. This poses a significant and instant upgrade to your amplifier and lets you indulge in a world of high-quality audio content. It even has a trigger port for integration with the rest of your hi-fi system.

EOS Audio Engine

The DMP-A8 is compatible with most ultra-high sampling master recording formats, including FLAC, WAV, APE, and DSD512 stereo formats. It is powered by the proprietary EOS (Eversolo Original Sampling-rate) Audio Engine, an innovative technology unique to Eversolo that enables output at original audio sampling rates. With this, you can bypass Android SRC limitations and enjoy direct audio passthrough from third-party apps like Apple Music.

High-speed digital processing

Using third-generation XMOS 316 audio processing, the DMP-A8 is capable of higher USB processing, supporting DSD512 Native and PCM768/32bit, while optical and coaxial ports support DSD64(DOP) and PCM192/24bit. With this advanced audio interface, you can enjoy your music with pristine clarity and uncompromising quality. This streaming uses a dual AK4191EQ / AK4499EX DAC solution to provide continuously authentic sound.

High-quality components

The DMP-A8 utilises two ultra-low phase noise femtosecond clocks, ensuring high-precision decoding for digital-to-analogue conversion. These clocks correspond to different sampling rates, effectively reducing jitter and improving dynamic range. This rests on a foundation of professionally tuned components, contributing to low distortion and noise. To minimise interference, the system also employs dual power supplies with a toroidal transformer optimised for analogue audio circuits. The system circuit incorporates a switching power supply that reduces ripple and magnetic leakage for improved audio processing.

There’s no need for eye strain with the Eversolo. This network streamer boasts a large, six-inch HD LCD touchscreen with a stylish, yet simple user interface to make menu navigation easy. As well as onboard control, you can also use the Eversolo controller app (available for iOS and Android) or the included Bluetooth controller for system navigation and playback from a distance.
